By accessing or using CheckItApp (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

CheckItApp provides tools for analyzing chess games using Stockfish and AI features. You agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful, personal, and educational purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Not use the Service to cheat in live chess games on any platform
• Comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect (Chess.com, Lichess, etc.)

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that engine evaluations, coaching output, or any other analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on CheckItApp are the property of CheckItApp or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Stockfish is used under the GNU GPL v3 license. Chess.com and Lichess names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckItApp and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Use the Service to engage in cheating during live or rated games
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Scrape, mirror, or automate the Service without permission
• Use the Service in a way that infringes third-party rights

Advertising
